Pretty Muddy isn’t like any other fundraising event.
It’s a muddy obstacle course that women of any ability can climb over, crawl under, and charge through. Choose from either 5k or 10k Pretty Muddy events. Whatever the distance. However dirty you get. THIS IS BEATING CANCER.
How Pretty Muddy works
Pretty Muddy events are in waves, each starting 15 minutes apart to make sure everyone on the course is safe. If you enter as a group, make sure you all enter the same wave as you cannot move waves once you’ve signed up.
You must be female and 13 or over at the time of your event and if you have a pre-existing medical condition, you should seek your doctor’s advice before registering.
Pretty Muddy obstacles
Pretty Muddy want you to give every single obstacle your absolute best. Of course if you really can’t do it, Pretty Muddy marshals will help you skip on to the next one.

On the day
Unfortunately, lockers, changing facilities or showers are not provided at this event, so please bear this in mind on the day. Why not ask friends to look after your valuable belongings – and don’t forget some clean clothes and an old towel.
How long does it take to complete the Pretty Muddy course?
The obstacles vary at each event so it’s difficult to say exactly how long it will take, but joggers usually finish the course in around 40 minutes and walkers take about an hour.
Remember – events aren’t competitive so there is no pressure to finish in a certain time.
