We do all the legal stuff so you don’t have to worry. On booking, we provide visitors with clear and concise terms and conditions, all checked over by our legal team. We keep an eye out for changes in legislation and keep you informed.

We keep you up-to-date with guest feedback. We actively carry out feedback surveys, as they are fundamental to the success of a holiday house. Feedback – good or bad – is always useful; great to know you’re doing well but equally important to know where you can improve.
