"Stunning beachfront property of the very highest standard!"

Craig Llydan is a stunning property sleeping ten people. Most rooms have fabulous views of the sea or mountains. The house interior was designed by the award-winning designer and well-known author Gail Abbott.

Beds are zip and link in four of the five bedrooms so can be made up as doubles or twins. The fifth is a twin bedroom.

The ground floor has one twin bedroom and one magnificent ensuite double/twin bedroom, as well as a utility room, wet room, drying area and a cloakroom. The porch and hallway let in lots of light.

The utility room has a fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a kettle.

Lovely spacious living accommodation: sitting room, kitchen, dining room and roof terrace, and a family bathroom.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, two ovens, a four ring induction hob, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The top floor features galleried landing, three double/twin bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom.

There is a large parking area to the back of the building as you drive up, and a small front garden with a slipway down to Rhosneigr beach, a picnic table and bench and grassed area.

There are a wide range of activities and days out including Anglesey Sea Zoo, the National Trust property of Plas Newydd, pleasure flights from Caernarfon Airport or visit the famous RSPB reserve at South Stack Light House. The town of Beaumauris overlooking the Menai Straits has a medieval castle, Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse and a Museum of Childhood.

Snowdonia is an easy drive by car with the National Park and the slate mines all well worth a visit.
