I HAVE A QUESTION

"A cute little place just outside Conwy castle walls!"
Just outside the historic town walls of Conwy’s UNESCO world heritage site town, Rose Cottage is a charming little townhouse tucked away near the pretty little town of Conwy. The modern, terraced cottage is warm and welcoming offering holidaymakers a cosy and tastefully decorated home. This is a superb spot from which to explore both Conwy and all the best that North Wales has to offer its visitors. Whether you prefer walking along the beach or hiking in the hills, you can do one, the other or both quite easily without even needing a car.

You’ll enjoy artisan craft and independent stores within strolling distance, as well as a great number of high quality places to eat and drink. Make you sure wander down to the quayside where fishermen still hand-rake mussels from the rich waters of the Conwy estuary. Conwy boasts a packed calendar of events so often there is something interesting going on, right on your doorstep. Of course, a visit to the castle is a must, as is a walk along the town walls where you’ll fully appreciate the beauty of this little town and its delightful natural surroundings.

From Conwy you have almost immediate access to the northern foothills of Snowdonia National Park. There is a wide sandy beach at Morfa Conwy and more beaches at Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan and Llandudno both east and west along the coast. Drive down Conwy Valley and explore the lovely alpine village of Betws-y-Coed with its tumbling river, old stone bridge and many walking trails that snake off into the forests.
