Woodside as its name suggests is in a quiet, wooded area just 10 mins walk from the beach and coastline of Dwygyfylchi. Tucked away on an exclusive cul de sac which is surrounded by mountains and forest, circling green parkland Woodside Cottage is a fantastic spot to get away from it all but have everything close to hand. The cottage itself is an ideal spot to use as base to explore the plethora of walks right from the doorstep whether they are leisurely, dog friendly walks on Penmaenmawr Beach or the Snowdonia National park, with its lakes, rocky paths, amazing views and ancient trails that date back to the times of the druids! There is a good selection of pubs and eateries within easy reach of the cottage, The Gladstone does great food and has crackling fires and good ale and wines to choose from as well as a proper pub menu too choose from. The Fairy Glen and The Austrian Restaurant are both walking distance too and provide all visitors with a lovely friendly welcome. The UNESCO Heritage site of Conwy is within 10 minutes’ drive of Woodside Cottage with the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno a little further.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms both located upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, plenty of wardrobe space and distant views to the sea and Anglesey. The twin bedroom has a lovely verdant garden outlook and can be configured to be a king size or a twin (The twin bed will be set up as thus but should you like to have this made into a king size please do let us know in advance).

Bathrooms: There is one family bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower over, WC and basin. On the ground floor there is a shower room with WC and basin too. There is also an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom.

Kitchen: Well-equipped country style kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Open plan dining area with seating for all guests.

Sitting Room: Comfortable seating for all guests, Large TV and DVD player and wood burner.

Dining: Open plan dining area with kitchen. Dining table to seat all guests.

Garden: Wonderful private large garden with plenty of space to relax and BBQ in.

Heating: The house has oil central heating and there is a log burner in the sitting room. An initial supply of wood is supplied by the owner.

Parking: There is private parking at the house for 2 cars.

Short Breaks: Available between all year round. 1-6 days.
